Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Chiropractor to join our busy small town practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal disorders, with a focus on improving patient pain and function, as well as overall wellbeing. This role requires a compassionate approach to patient care and the ability to develop effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

Duties
Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine the nature of their conditions.

Perform physical examinations and utilize diagnostic imaging as necessary.

Develop personalized care plans that address acute pain management and long-
term health goals.

Administer various chiropractic techniques, including trigger point therapy and
hands on spinal manipulation

Monitor patient progress through regular observation and adjust treatment plans
accordingly.

Educate patients on occupational health practices and self-care strategies to
enhance recovery.

Maintain accurate patient records, documenting assessments, treatments, and
progress notes in accordance with standard of care as well as best practices.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient
care.

Skills

Proficient in patient assessment techniques and conservative, acute pain
management strategies.

Experience in hands on and table assisted adjusting techniques, including
extremities is a must. Gentle/device assisted techniques are a plus.

Knowledgeable in physical examinations and developing care plans based on
individual needs, and monitoring and reporting patient conditions as care
progresses.

Familiarity with occupational health principles and practices.

Excellent communication skills for educating patients about their conditions and
treatment options.

Ability to manage pain through evidence-based chiropractic methods.
